In accordance with the New York State education law change, all school emergency drills (fire drills, lockdown drills, etc.) require that parents/guardians be notified. LRMS will be conducting an emergency response drill (fire drill) this week. Once again, this is only a drill. Thank you.

Tomorrow, Wednesday March 4th, LRMS will hold our Parent Teacher Conferences from 1-4 and 5:30-8:30 p.m. We will not have classes for students. You can schedule an appointment with your child's teacher on the LRMS webpage. Thank you.

In light of the recent severe weather and the extensive cleanup efforts required to make our school grounds safe, all schools in the district will be closed tomorrow, February 24th.
We’re looking forward to welcoming parents and guardians of students in Grades 6–8 to our Spring Parent-Teacher Conferences on Wednesday, March 4th, 2026, held in person.
Conferences will take place from 1:00 p.m. – 4:00 p.m., break from 4:00 p.m. – 5:30 p.m., and resume from 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m. to ensure as many families as possible have the opportunity to meet with teachers.
The Bookit scheduling link will be available on each school’s website and on teachers’ online classroom platforms. If you’re unable to attend your scheduled time, please contact your child’s school counselor or teacher to reschedule.
